Pflanzen\u00f6le sind i.d.R. nicht zu empfehlen! Oliven- und<br \/>Kokos\u00f6l, Ghee (ayurvedische Butter), Fisch und nicht mageres Fleisch sind die nat\u00fcrlichsten<br \/>Fettquellen sowie Sahne, K\u00e4se, Quark, etc. Fett ist mit den Ketonen zusammen der neue<br \/>Energietr\u00e4ger, also daran nicht sparen! Die Cholesterin-L\u00fcge ist in sehr vielen guten Studien<br \/>widerlegt worden!!!<br \/>F\u00fcr alle die jetzt schon den Hosenknopf platzen sehen, Fett macht nicht Fett sondern<br \/>Zucker\/Kohlenhydrate und die damit verbundenen Hormone!!!<br \/>F\u00fcr den Anfang w\u00fcrde ich einen 14 t\u00e4gigen Entzug empfehlen, der ist zwar hart aber die Belohnung ist um so s\u00fc\u00dfer! Nach den 14 Tagen ist der Entzug \u00fcberstanden.
